The Missouri Division of Professional Registration claims to regulate professionals in the state of Missouri and to serve the public. One of the professions supposedly regulated are psychologists, under the jurisdiction of the Committee of Psychologists.
In June of 2007,
I filed a complaint with the Missouri Committee of Psychologists
against the psychologist who committed perjury (under oath) and
corrupted my case in Johnson County Kansas (I filed this complaint
because the Kansas Court system covered up her misconduct and I had no
other option). By the fall of 2007, the investigator had completed the
investigation and turned his findings over to the Missouri Committee of
Psychologists for further action. The Committee did nothing for a year
and a half, after which time the case was passed to the Missouri
Attorney General to file charges against the psychologist. The Attorney
General has done nothing for almost a year and a half, so this case has been active for almost 3 years.
I have contacted the Missouri Governor, Missouri Attorney General, and
every Missouri State Senator and Representative, yet nothing has been
done. How many Missouri citizens think
The main questions I now have are as follows:
How is this protecting and serving the citizens of Missouri?
Who does this psychologist have influence over in the Missouri government?
Has the influence of the corrupt courts in Kansas reached out and touched Missouri government?
How many Missouri Citizens think that 3 years or more is a reasonable time period to resolve this type of complaint?
Why won't the Missouri Legislature fix
the problems with this process? They apparently need a "wakeup call"
like the Federal Government is getting.
The Missouri Division of
Professional Registration, and specifically the Psychological
Committee, are worthless government organizations when it comes to
serving and protecting the public. The only one being protected is the
corrupt psychologist and the Missouri citizens pay for this
incompetence.
Then there is the Attorney General; I guess there isn't enough publicity.
This is your Government, Missouri.
